El Morro trailer park played a magical part of people's lives for a time. Just north of the Art Colony of Laguna Beach, this special little place in the sun was a fabulous Summer retreat for families who where looking for a cozy little "getaway" from the busy life of Orange County. Here, kids could roam the beach and search for shells or play in the surf while their parents basked in the sun or played with them! I used to ride my horse to this beach from the stables just up the way. The trailers had to be moved and its not quite the same today, but through this little painting, El Morro trailer park lives on.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Privacy policy
If my customers want to return a print, let me know within 3 days of its arrival to you that you would like to return it and then ship it so that I have it back within 10 days of its arrival to you. Customer is responsible for all of the shipping costs, but I will refund the cost of the print.
